Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential applications and accounts

• Solicit new accounts through telemarketing and email

• Service existing accounts by responding to phone and email inquiries

• Work with Management to develop targets

• Enter call notes, quotes, and orders into computer system

• Prepare and submit customer quotations

• Review prints prior to quotation

• Individual will use a proactive approach to provide excellent customer service by determining customer needs and assisting in recommendation of materials and/or fabrication services
